DELIVERY COSTS

All orders are shipped free within Australia.

Overseas orders will be charged a flat rate of $29.

SHIPPING

Archival prints are produced on demand and may take up to 21 days to be delivered. A4 size prints are packed flat in a sturdy book pack, all other sizes are rolled and sealed in a heavyweight tube.

Once lodged with Australia Post we will send you the item’s tracking number. If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you don’t have the item please firstly check in with your local Post Office, and then contact us.

By placing an order online, you are agreeing not to hold the Library Shop liable for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

RETURNS

As prints are made on demand we cannot accept returns for refund.

We will replace defective or damaged items after a claim has been made within 3 days of receipt of goods and the damaged goods returned to us within 7 days from the date of your claim.

Please return goods in the package they were delivered, and any invoices/receipts. We will ship your replacement order as described above.
